Blind Box Rules

Blind Box refers to the type of packaging that keeps the collectable toy as a mystery until it is opened. After opening the blind box, customers can not request a refund or exchange due to personal preference.

Blind boxes typically come in series that shows a collection; some figurines are rarer to find than others, these are referred to as "secret", "hidden" or "chase" figures.

A whole set usually contains 12 no-repeated basic figures, some whole sets may be smaller or larger, please check the detailed information on the product page. If there is a secret figure in the box, one basic figure will randomly be replaced.

The probability of the hidden items is based on the total production quantity of the blind box series. Therefore, even if purchased the whole box, there is no guarantee that the hidden items will be included.

Blind box products are art toys. Please be aware that there is no absolute perfection. Small defects (including uneven colouring, slight scratches, paint peeling, bubbles etc.) in the crafting process are normal.

Blind box products with serious defects can be replaced with the same product.  Festival/limited series blind boxes can’t be replaced after three months of discontinued sales.

If there are special instructions for special products of the blind box series, the instructions for the special products shall prevail.

Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping (3-6 working days); Express Delivery(1-3 working days). Please be aware this is a guideline not a guarantee.

 

All orders are shipped within 2-3 working days (24 Hrs) after placing your order. Orders which are placed over the weekend (Sat & Sun) will be shipped on the next available working day (i.e Mon). If the order is received after 1 pm, the order will be dispatched on the next working day.

Express delivery orders placed after 1 pm on a Friday will not be picked up by Royal Mail until the next working day (i.e Mon.)

Bank Holidays will affect the shipment of the order. After these special weekend periods, the order will be shipped on the next available working day (i.e Tues).

 

Express delivery does not include weekends, bank holidays or strike action days.

The tracking number will be provided when the order has been shipped.

Free standard shipping on orders over £50, and free express shipping on orders over £100.

We only ship within the UK, this includes England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey.

Refund Policy

Mogic is happy to accept any unwanted items from consumers for refund, within 14 days of purchase, providing the following terms are met:

  • All packaging must be intact and not be unboxed so that the item is in a re-saleable condition

  • You are able to provide valid proof of purchase – this can be a copy of your receipt from the store or your confirmation email

  • Return postage costs are covered by the customer (please also note that your original postage charge will not be included in the refund)

If you wish to cancel or change the order before dispatch, please reach out to Mogic via ''info@mogic.co.uk'' the order & postage will not be charged before dispatch. After dispatching, you will be asked to pay the return postage. 
For refunds requested after dispatching, we will only be able to process the refund once we have received the returned item.

For broken items, serious defects or missing accessories we will need the figure to be posted back to us before a refund or a replacement is sent. For small defects specified in the 'Blind Box Rules' section above we do not provide refunds or exchanges.

We cannot provide shipping refunds for delays caused by the shipment company or strike action.
